The most common question I get asked when it comes to Food Intolerances is, WHERE DO I START?


You may be someone who doesn’t even know if you have Food Intolerances or maybe you haven’t even heard of Food Intolerances before.


If you get bloating, gas (yes I know this can be embarrassing), reflux, abdominal pain, fatigue, diarrhoea, constipation, joint pain, muscle pain, headaches and the list goes on, then you probably do have Food Intolerances.
